What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our salons or website?

When coming to our salons to make an appointment you will be asked for your name, address,
telephone number and email address. We keep this on file and never share it with a third party.
If you register on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or
other details to help you with your experience. Again, we never share your information with a
third party.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you come to our salons, subscribe to a newsletter or
enter information on our site.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register to sign up for our
newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain
other site features in the following ways:
To send you our Newsletter and to contact you regarding any appointments you may have or any
queries you have regarding a service that has been carried out at one of our salons. If there is a
dispute where we need legal representation, we will share your information with our legal
representatives.

How do we protect your information?

Your information is stored on a computer and written on notes when you have a service. These
notes are kept in a lockable box or cabinet depending on the salon you visit. Your details are
destroyed by shredding or burning approximately two years after your final visit to us.
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers except in the case of you ordering a voucher or paying for a service over the phone. In this case your card slip will be posted to you on request or destroyed along with any other written information acquired at the time of taking the payment.
We do not use Malware Scanning. We do not use an SSL certificate as we do not store any clients data on our site.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can
choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little
different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable
Information.

How long we will keep your data for

We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary. This means that we will retain
your personal data for as long as we continue sending regular newsletters by email or if you
decide to opt out of future newsletter correspondence.
